If you have received a DWLS/DWLI, then you
have been charged with a Class B
misdemeanor, meaning that the State can
make you do jail time up to 180 days plus a
$500 fine.
If you have any previous convictions of the
same sort, it will be enhanced to a Class A
misdemeanor, with up to 1 year in jail, and
up to a $4000 fine.
